Lost my faith
A rose trampled by your feet,
Ocean of love, whispering your name
With every movement of the wave till the shore
Just like that I would, till I die.
Seen the eternal flame,
And the feeling that’s so pure
All truth and no lie.
Not your friend,
But will be there always contend
Not when you are happy with all smiles
And when with other friends, I will not be there,
But when you are sad,
Alone but have to go on miles,
I’ll be just standing, wanting to be needed near,
As if by fate.
Wrote a song,
A melody I haven’t heard in long
In my dreams you love me every night,
Distance that keeps us apart but just like the moon
The rays that fall upon me a blessing forever.
This life is but a fight,
But I know this will be over very soon,
And just like my dream, you’ll be my lover.
